Returns the number of items waiting to be processed in the Inbox of the Goodays back office: dissatisfaction alerts (pending_alert) and verbatims awaiting a reply (pending_reply). pending_chat is only returned when the chat feature is enabled on your account. See Inbox.

Count only the items of a point of sale: Place ID from /places, or your External ID.
